Since it's start in 1999, the Capital Region NY Gang Prevention model,
has been recognized as an exemplary program in addressing the issues
of gang prevention, intervention and suppression methods. The program
coordinator has presented on these topics nationally and internationally
for Law Enforcement agencies, Gang Investigator's Associations, and
youth service providers, that are dealing directly with the epidemic of
gangs and their effects they have on communities.
